Moseley Associates has been a recognized property management firm throughout the Upper Valley founded by Pete and Kathy Moseley in 1985. Unlike real estate agencies and property owners for whom property management is a secondary function, professional real estate management ensures a consistently high degree of service in both maintenance and fiscal operations. The foundation of many successful partnerships has been built through hard work and dedication. As an independent business, a plan to continue to build upon those sturdy foundations is happening.

The new owners of Moseley Associates obtained ownership effective May 1st, 2024. You may recognize the names, as they are two of Moseley’s valued employees – Jessica Neily, and Amy LaCroix. They have remained focused on minimal disruption to the clientele during the process and invite your comments or advice during this transition period.
